German Shepherd Puppy Questionnaire
To some, this screening process may seem intrusive, but please know that this is both for the benefit of the puppy and the potential buyer. As responsible breeders, we want to make sure that our puppies are a wonderful fit for your family, to ensure that the puppies that we have worked so hard to breed and raise will enter into a home where they are loved and cared for as permanent members of their new family. <3
You should also be aware of the characteristics of the German Shepherd breed, and that they are not for everyone. German Shepherds, as is their name, were originally bred to be herding dogs. Because of this, even calm adults will need plenty of exercise as puppies. German Shepherds are highly intelligent and make excellent companions; their new parents should be prepared to spend the time and energy needed for raising their new puppy. German Shepherds are strong in body, spirit and mind, and because of this, they need much attention, exercise, love and firm leadership as they grow. If these needs are kept at the forefront, then the puppies that we have raised and your amazing new puppy will grow to have a healthy, happy, long life.
